PLEASE BE ADVISED that the purchase and/or use of a Ticket to attend/participate in any Fintech Summit Event shall constitute unconditional acceptance by You, the Ticket holder, to be bound by any and all of the terms and conditions contained within this Ticket agreement (“Agreement”).

You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable notice in advance to Fintech Summit .
Your admission to this event is at the discretion of the organizer.
Ticket prices and availability are subject to increase or decrease, at the discretion of Fintech Summit , before and/or after you have made your purchase, and do not entitle the purchaser to a partial refund or credit.

Your details may be shared with the event sponsors for further marketing & communications on reports, industry latest news, software updates, and other relevant information.
For any cancellations received in writing in not less than eight (8) days prior to the event, you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another Fintech Summit event which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by Fintech Summit for all permitted cancellations.
No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within 30 Days of the event.
In the event that Fintech Summit cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Fintech Summit event to be mutually agreed with Fintech Summit , which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
Kindly note that while speakers and their topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Fintech Summit reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics
In summary, registrant contact information is NOT shared with third parties without your consent. Registrant information is primarily used to verify registration and notify you of similar events held by Fintech Summit in the future. We may share your contact information with sponsors, but only with your consent upon registering.
We do have media presence taking photos and videos, please email Info@fintechsummit.co.za if you do NOT want to be included.
